I think the fact that there has been very, very little outcry from players says something.

Yup, it says that they're either dirty or they don't care. Time for a straw man:

If the majority of the players were clean, they would have something to say to Mr. Bonds, as well as others, regarding the skid mark he's planted on their league. Instead, if somebody like Mark Grace, a great ball player by the way, decided he had enough of the BS and wanted to call Bonds a cheater, he would have to quickly go down the list and hand out apprpriate amounts of blame. The list is too long.

Or it might be too hard to distinguish between clean and dirty.

Or the players could be exhibiting some solidarity by not commenting on the situation.
