Is it alright if an aetheist shares his favorite christmas album with you folks? Up until last year, it was Amy Grant's Christams to Remember - solid album sung by a beautiful girl with a great set of lungs. With the release of Sarah Mclachlan's: Wintersong that has changed.
The riders here will note that I have a special place for Sarah. Her voice makes me want to curl up somewhere warm and receive maternal care. I love it like a mother's warm voice. I know, sick, but true. What can I say.
I've had the album going for three days solid, since the wife remembered that we had it. If you have time for just one make it the title track, Wintersong. Note: it's kind of a gut-wrencher.

You know, she had the Afterglow album a couple of years ago. Remember the video for Fallen with her in the tub? In that clip she looked pretty good, albeit at the hands of some selective focusing.
If you've seen the DVD of the tour, you will know she looks more like Sarah Connor, from the Termintator Series. Think nicely shaped delts and arms, not the LED eyeballs and exposed skeleton. And, if you have seen that DVD you will also notice that there is great looking Irish girl on stage. Not once will you see a tit, navel, or ass check. Disappointing? Not so much.
'Course, now you've got me thinking about her naked. Nice job... sicko.

She did a duet of sorts with the Barenaked Ladies a few years back on a "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" It was pretty good. I'll definitely check this out.
